This hotel is a gem hidden in a quiet side road just a short walk from the bustling Marques de Pombal Square. The rooms, while cozy, had the tiniest shower ever and a unique layout, but the balcony was a lovely touch. Service was impeccable, offering various amenities like room service, dry cleaning, and a helpful shuttle service. The location, nestled near a wonderful park with a botanic garden, was both quiet and safe, making our stay truly enjoyable. The dining experience, with a focus on healthy options and Colombian coffee, added a nice touch to our visit. However, a few more dining choices would have been appreciated. The facilities were satisfactory, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
